Launching a Zoom Meeting as a Student
Privileges | Description |
Student/Associate User | A user will need be set up as a Student/Associate. This is defined in the Person Details on the Company tab in the Person Type field. |

Log in to TEDS EveryOne. |

Select to access the Activities tab. |

Locate and select the appropriate learning event for the zoom meeting. |

Select the "See more information about this Class" option from the left hand menu. |

Select the Launch link and make note of the password as zoom may request the password prior to allowing access to the meeting. |

Zoom will launch in another tab. From here you will follow the on screen prompts from Zoom. |
