Launching a Zoom Meeting as a Student

Privileges Description
Student/Associate User A user will need be set up as a Student/Associate. This is defined in the Person Details on the Company tab in the Person Type field.

Instructions

Log in to TEDS EveryOne.
Select to access the Activities tab.

Locate and select the appropriate learning event for the zoom meeting.

Select the "See more information about this Class" option from the left hand menu.

Select the Launch link and make note of the password as zoom may request the password prior to allowing access to the meeting.

Zoom will launch in another tab.

From here you will follow the on screen prompts from Zoom.
