Add an External History Record in the Training Notebook

Privileges Description
Administrative User A user will need administrative access to TEDS. This is defined on the Login tab of the individual's person details.
Manage External History The Manage External History privilege is a global privilege that is assigned in TEDS Online Administrator. This privilege grants an individual access to add an external learning history record in the training notebook.

Instructions

Log in to TEDS Online Administrator.
Access the Administrator option.
Select the Person Directory option.

Search for the desired individual.

Select the checkbox to the left of the desired individual's name.

Select the "Training Notebook" option under the "Show Me" menu.

Expand the "Learning Options" menu.

Select the "Add Supplemental TrainingHistory" option from the "Learning Options" menu.

Complete all necessary details.

When all details are complete, select the "Save" icon.
