Add History Record for a Learning in the Training Notebook
Privileges | Description |
Administrative User | A user will need administrative access to TEDS. This is defined on the Login tab of the individual's person details. |
Manage TEDS History | The Manage TEDS History privilege is a global privilege that is assigned in TEDS Online Administrator. This privilege grants an individual access to add a history record for a learning in the training notebook. |

Log in to TEDS Online Administrator. |

Access the Administrator option. |

Select the Person Directory option. |

Search for the desired individual. |

Select the checkbox to the left of the desired individual's name. |

Select the "Training Notebook" option under the "Show Me" menu. |

Search for the desired Learning. |
![]() |
Select the check box for the desired Learning. |
![]() |
Select the "Add History for Selected Learning" option from the "Learning Options" menu. |

Enter the desired details. |

When all details are complete, select the "Save" icon. |
