Add History Record for a Learning in the Training Notebook

Privileges Description
Administrative User A user will need administrative access to TEDS. This is defined on the Login tab of the individual's person details.
Manage TEDS History The Manage TEDS History privilege is a global privilege that is assigned in TEDS Online Administrator. This privilege grants an individual access to add a history record for a learning in the training notebook.

Instructions

Log in to TEDS Online Administrator.
Access the Administrator option.
Select the Person Directory option.

Search for the desired individual.

Select the checkbox to the left of the desired individual's name.

Select the "Training Notebook" option under the "Show Me" menu.

Search for the desired Learning.

Select the check box for the desired Learning.

Select the "Add History for Selected Learning" option from the "Learning Options" menu.

Enter the desired details.
When all details are complete, select the "Save" icon.
