Manager, Corporate Responsibility and COPA Compliance (FT) - Johnson City, TN

Scope of Position
Manager of Corporate Responsibility and COPA Compliance will manage the daily duties of the Corporate Responsibility (ESG) and COPA Compliance Office. The responsibilities include but are not limited to filing and retrieval of all COPA and Cooperative Agreement documentation for the System, processing of accounts payable invoices, management of COPA Compliance system, management of correspondence and necessary review of complaints related to the COPA/Cooperative Agreement process. This position is also responsible for the oversight or drafting of reports required by the COPA and Cooperative Agreement and Corporate Responsibility (ESG). The manager will engage on developing the structure, processes and reporting around ESG for Corporate Responsibility.  The manager will provide support on Corporate Responsibility, COPA and Cooperative Agreement matters, and any other items as requested.
Proficient Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Conduct must be professional: Must maintain confidentiality. Ability to objectively analyze processes and make recommendations for improvement. Experience in performing multiple tasks and working with varying team members and deadlines with a focus on details.
Research topics as necessary for Corporate Responsibility (ESG) and COPA Compliance.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required. At least 5 years of experience in healthcare audit or compliance preferred. Management experience is preferred.
CPR is required for any RN, LPN, PCT, Patient Transporter or other direct patient care provider. Emergency Department, Intensive Care Units, PACU, Medical Emergency Team and Anesthesia require ACLS. Pediatrics, SICU, Emergency Department and Medical Emergency Team also require PALS
